We take the relationships in which we engage seriously. In order to fulfil the commitments we make to our enterprise customers, we employ a simple yet rigorous framework within which our account team are measured. This framework is aligned to the unique SLAs and key result areas defined within each relationship.
We call our relationship management model 4e.
