Our candidate generation is very often already achieved through rigorous data mining*, drilling into our knowledge base and leveraging our networks. This allows us much earlier in the process to focus on the thorough qualification of candidates against our Assessment Framework.
All candidates generated are then qualified against our Assessment Framework.
