This has predominantly been mid to senior sales and marketing executives, with a strong focus on commercial experience. I have also recruited a number of senior/board level appointments including CEO and MD level.

My Specialities

Mid to senior level Executive Recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Category Management within a variety of industry sectors including FMCG/Consumer, Sport/Entertainment, Advertising/Media as well as Retail (including multi site franchise) markets. This includes senior/board level appointments such as CEO/MD positions.

  • Sales - both in field operations and account management, together with category management (including Trade Marketing), driven through a number of retail channels within the Consumer market.
  • Marketing – brand/product management with a focus on the breadth of the marketing mix and principles. This covers both above and below the line activities such as advertising & promotion, market research, product design and development, R & D, forecasting and analysis etc.
  • Retail - Design and Product Development through to buying which dovetails with the Merchandise Planning of the product and the source to store Supply Chain. In addition we cover both the individuals and teams that that execute the product within a Retail Operations capacity.

With the nature of the supplier and retailer relationship becoming more complex (including issues of supply chain and delivery, branding, category management margins etc), it has become apparent that to be able to recruit within either sector we must understand each of the retails channels.

Whether this is Grocery, Mass Merchants, Convenience, Department Stores, High Street Fashion, Pharmacy, Liquor, Hardware etc, each requires varying degrees of competency and skill base.
